With over a decade of dedicated service, my journey in the military has honed my leadership skills and a deep commitment to excellence, particularly here at the US Navy. My core competencies lie in overseeing maintenance and administration systems, ensuring the highest standards of living for our service members. Our team's mission aligns with the Navy's ethos of integrity and accountability, and I am passionate about contributing to a culture of meticulous maintenance and efficient operations. In my current role, I supervise a team of 12 across multiple commands, managing the maintenance and administration of housing for our personnel. I've ensured our team is proficient with the Maximo maintenance system, facilitating timely work order submissions to contractors. Additionally, my expertise in the EMH reporting system allows us to maintain accountability for 1600 rooms, exemplifying our dedication to service and operational excellence.
