Background
About David Russell
Retired Chief Executive Officer, currently holding positions of Chairperson and Non-Executive Director, Executive Mentor and Career Coach.Having retired as CEO from South Australia's RAA Insurance, I now enjoy semi-retirement, balanced with a few select Non-Executive Director roles, while operating my own Executive Mentoring and Coaching business. I am a respected, dynamic and engaged leader who brings strategic thinking, sound business acumen and governance expertise to ambitious organisations wanting to achieve sustainable growth. I have a strong acumen to analyse the internal and external organisation environments to identify strategies to realise significant and sustainable growth. As a Coach and Mentor my goal is to help leaders unlock their full potential to maximise performance and achieve their goals. I have 'walked the walk' at the top and have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced in these high-profile, high-pressure positions. With a tailored strategic outline for each engagement, I support leaders to be their best, reach newer heights and enjoy a fulfilled leadership / career journey.
