As a Junior Estimator at Patterson Building Group (PBG), I assist with tendering and pricing of various construction projects, ranging from residential to commercial. I have gained valuable experience in preparing and reviewing tender documents, conducting site visits, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and using estimating software and tools. I have contributed to the successful completion of several projects, such as UNSW refurbishments and ISLHD hospital extension. Before joining PBG, I worked as a Business Banker at Westpac, where I provided financial solutions and customer service to small and medium enterprises. I have a strong background in business and equipment finance. I am passionate about learning and developing my skills in the construction industry, and I am committed to delivering high-quality work and client satisfaction. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am always ready to take on new challenges and opportunities. My goal is to become a proficient and professional estimator, and to contribute to the growth and success of PBG and its clients.
