As a graduate of Miami International University of Art and Design with a BFA in Visual Effects and Motion Graphics, I bring a wealth of technical expertise and creative flair to every project. With extensive experience in both technical support and creative roles, I thrive in dynamic environments where I can apply my diverse skill set to solve problems and create compelling visuals. Currently, I am engaged in a multifaceted role at HUBX, where I handle a wide range of technical tasks from computer setup and troubleshooting to light front-end coding. My responsibilities also include vital support for the RMA department, ensuring the smooth processing of returns and the disposal of beyond economic repair technology according to R2 recycling standards. Previously, as an RMA Technician, I honed my skills in handling returned merchandise, performing data wipes, and reinstalling operating systems, ensuring devices were ready for resale. My role in video content creation and refurbishment further expanded my capabilities in quality control and technical support. My tenure at Mediapro U.S. allowed me to excel in ingest operations, video editing, and graphics creation for high-profile clients like Directv and Bein Sports. Here, I developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content under tight deadlines. Additionally, I have freelanced as a Video Graphics Artist, crafting animations and motion graphics for television, and worked as a Photo Editor, focusing on color correction and retouching for marketing materials. I have also had the pleasure of designing logos for various companies, using my skills in Adobe Illustrator to create distinctive and memorable brand identities. I am passionate about continuous learning and improvement, always eager to expand my skill set. My preferred tools include Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop, with a strong proficiency in video editing and motion graphics.
