About David Sansom

I am a focused, ambitious person with an analytical and logical approach to work. I perform well both in a team environment and on my own. I have a keen interest in technology, innovation and how things work. I have had a continued interest and passion for IT, both through my career and as a hobby. I have had experience in most areas of IT in the past, but my key skills are in hardware and software troubleshooting, and LAN networking. Throughout my career I have been consistently developing my skills in customer service, IT proficiency, and more recently, building professional client relationships. I am dedicated to providing the best possible service to clients, and will go the extra mile to ensure they feel valued. To do this, I have always been looking for ways to further my IT education, most recently by completing the CompTIA A+ qualification while working with Herts for Learning.
