As COO of the CTIO, I support this transformation by partnering with our CTIO and Line of Service leaders to bring strategy to life—aligning priorities, operationalizing initiatives, and scaling adoption across the PwC network. My role centers on execution—ensuring that innovation not only happens, but that it delivers measurable, high-quality outcomes that reflect the values and standards our clients and stakeholders expect.
