Sales & Marketing professional with experience across a range of industries—from infrastructure (roads, rail, ports, bridges) and power (including renewables), to mining, oil & gas, aquaculture, plantations, finance, and services. My approach is largely consultative, with a focus on long-term value and partnerships. I adapt quickly to new environments and have led teams and organisations through various stages of change—whether in mindset, structure, or culture. I place strong emphasis on alignment with values and integrity in how we deliver results, not just what we deliver. Over the years, I’ve seen how sustainable performance often comes down to how well we build up the people around us. I believe in creating a multiplier effect—where the team performs better not just because of what I do, but because of how I enable others to grow, lead, and succeed. One area I put particular focus on is communication—helping the team become clearer, more aligned, and more effective in how we work together. It reduces misunderstandings, strengthens trust, and makes collaboration feel easier and more natural. I’m intentional about inclusive leadership, staying aware of my own blind spots, and making space for diverse perspectives. Collaboration, humility, and clarity matter to me. Outside of work, I enjoy learning, thinking about brand and strategy, listening to music, and carving out quiet time when I can.
