Purpose-driven executive with 20+ years leading transformation in education, youth development, and nonprofit sectors. I bring deep expertise in launching equity-focused initiatives, managing multimillion-dollar programs, and building cross-sector partnerships that expand access for gifted, underserved, and foster youth. As a former principal, charter school award winning school leader, and program administrator, I’ve led culturally responsive school turnarounds, scaled career pathway systems, and co-developed MTSS frameworks aligned to state and federal accountability. I’ve also presented capital campaigns to philanthropists and HNW partners, while stewarding public funds with transparency and impact. Rooted in lived experience and faith, my mission is to unlock potential in young people through belonging, leadership, and opportunity. I currently serve as a consultant and advisor for initiatives that reimagine education and launch youth development centers in California and Hawaii. Global-minded and grounded in community, I bring both strategic vision and operational strength—always focused on building systems that serve and uplift the next generation.
