With 25 years experience, in 2023 David is now a sector lead in the education consultancy space for JGSPM with CWPM. HIGHLIGHTS 2023-4 David is providing oversight of an important boarding facility upgrade in regional NSW. This facility will be a much needed addition to a high school in the Riverina of NSW near Griffith. He added value by having a very strong knowledge of construction processes having 10 years' GC21 and 10 years''major works' contracts and reported to the CEO. 2020 and 2022 - David was involved in two different six month contracts, Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) NSW was able to benefit from David's skills to strategise the roll-out of solar panel systems to over homes and then re-hired late 2022 to June 2023 assist with the flood recovery program responding to the storm events of 2022 involving tender methodologies and awarding work via briefing notes to the Executive of AHO. 2015-2018 - David joined NSW Education as a Project Director for 3 years where he was a recognised project professional delivering many projects on time, on budget with demanding stakeholders and competing priorities. He led private sector project managers, architects and other consultants to deliver many outcomes. 2012 - 2015 - City of Sydney infrastructure program. 2007 - 2010 - Modular Building projects in Western Australia and regional NSW. David has provided end-to-end private sector consultancy project management services. He has also been a 'client' for about 5 years: he knows what project management consultancy is required to do to delight its clients. David is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), which allows its members to network and be across project trends in Australia: he is a well-spoken and confident public speaker and addresses stakeholders with confidence.
