As a recovering perfectionist I understand the frustration and pain of being in the valley of indecision. You want to be right, do the right thing, not waste time or resources but you lack clear instructions, confidence, and knowledge about what is the best next step or decision. If you make the right decision you will excel in your business. But if you are wrong… That’s the point. If you are wrong as an adult you don’t fail, you learn, grow, adjust, and try again. However, in our mind there are roadblocks that keep us from making those decisions. I’ve been stuck in the past but am making great strides today. I’m definitely not perfect, but action wins as an adult, not perfection. As an engineer I work to dig down to the root of a problem to correct it so progress can be made. As a theologian I see life and operate from a Christian worldview. As a father I have a heart not just for my kids but for the next generation that needs a solid Biblical foundation to build upon. As a coach and mentor, I help business owners get unstuck, eliminate waste, and make progress to reduce mistakes and increase profit. Because I am me, I encourage those I work with to know, follow, and honor God in their business.
