About David Schoell

I’m the President of Hankscraft Inc, a global contract manufacturing company headquartered in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. I lead the Contract Manufacturing and Water Treatment divisions, helping our partners manufacture high-quality products and streamline their operations. With dedicated U.S. manufacturing teams and a wholly owned facility in Suzhou, China, we offer our partners a Total Resource for Contract Manufacturing. I’ve spent my entire career in manufacturing, starting at Flambeau, Inc, where I held several roles before advancing to VP of Industrial, Fluids and Packaging Sales. Over six years, I helped grow that division by $45 million through strong leadership in forecasting, department management, and product development—all while maintaining profitability. After 37 years with Flambeau, I transitioned to Molded Devices Inc. as VP of Sales, where I expanded my focus to include marketing and strategic business growth. I joined Hankscraft as VP of Sales and later became President of the Industrial Products Group. Today, I oversee product development, sales, and operations across a broad range of industries. I also support key business relationships, including our manufacturing facility in Suzhou, a joint venture with a Water Treatment manufacturer, and many valuable supplier partnerships around the world.
