This was an award given to the employee who was viewed as making a major contribution to the Biogen Finance organization. The award came with a financial reward. • Started a collection process for collection of monies owed by former employees that Biogen never pursued in prior years recovering $3M for the company by creating and utilizing a new process. • Researched the web and found $100K of bank accounts in Biogen’s name that had been forgotten. • Created a new process for non-exempt overtime reporting that saved the company $600K a year.
