Background
About David Sella
Seasoned operational and strategic agile leader with extensive program development and leadership experience. Veteran advocate and experienced in designing Veteran transition programs. Collaborative change agent and strong communicator with a track record of success. Created an innovative and comprehensive Veteran transition and workforce development program (Warriors-to-Workforce / W2W) and then served as program director for over 9 years. This award winning program successfully has transitioned over 300 wounded Veterans into Federal employment. Transitioning Veterans is a community effort, so I created a substantial network of government and non-government organizations to better serve all Veterans. Previous experience includes over 10 years leading technology changes within a complex multi-location medical center environment as the Deputy CIO, 25 years in senior US Coast Guard leadership positions, and 20 years leading major IT initiatives.
