The third stage was a $19 Million expansion that included a new restaurant, new convention space, sq. ft. of casino area, and hotel room remodel.* When our 2 properties were unable to join the 2 players club due to the software company’s inability to successfully gain gaming approval, I created, tested, obtained NGCB approval, and implemented a software solution that enabled us to use existing hardware and integrate a superior marketing software suite for enhanced guest functionality. My solution resulted in a cost savings of $2.5 Million by not having to invest in a completely new system with all new hardware.* My successful track record is most recently highlighted by an EBITDA growth of 773% over a 8 year period.
