Represent many engineering firms that deal with the federal and state departments of transportation, service companies that perform a myriad of services for the federal government, and manufacturing/distribution companies that sell directly to the government.Have assisted multiple government contractors and service companies in either purchasing or selling their companies (have completed over $1 BILLION in transaction value) and have assisted in obtaining bank financing for these same companies. Had a brief job at Patriot Bank where I lead the internal audit department and was subsequently promoted to cfo and assisted with preparing all the necessary disclosure schedules for a potential merger with a public bank.
