Hi, my name is David. As an experienced Operations Manager and IT support professional with a specialty in cybersecurity, I possess a diverse range of technical skills that are highly relevant to the field of Information Security. I have a proven track record of success in managing user accounts in Active Directory, ensuring network and information safety, and troubleshooting LAN, server, and connectivity issues. In addition, I have experience in delivering hardware support for various devices, including printers and copy machines, and have contributed to secure LAN/desktop administration by checking for stable TCP/IP network connectivity. All these tasks are essential for any cybersecurity professional to have, to protect systems and data throughout a variety of platforms and devices. For any modern-day business to succeed, you need someone with the knowledge to not only coordinate devices to run across many different platforms, but also to secure all operations from the many cyber dangers. I have also completed projects to develop custom solutions for network authorized dual boot Mac/Windows (PC) operating systems and to have them communicate with Exchange servers, demonstrating my ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. I also have the ability to coordinate communications and business objectives using the latest technology, to make a system that can increase productivity. I currently lead a team of 10 support staff and 100 drivers as part of the Amazon Delivery Service Partner program. I always need to make sure that certain metrics are fulfilled using an entire fleet of devices and vehicles, assure driver/vehicle safety, resolve supply chain logistics, and ensure the timely delivery of all packages.
