I am an results driven, inspiring leader with a proven track record in building and leading high performing teams in various industries, in both sales and customer services environments. I excel at developing deep relationships with all my peers, leading and inspiring them to achieve more than they ever thought possible."People don't care how much you know, unless they know how much you care" represents my approach, as you can't truly support someone to the fullest unless you genuinely care for them. I embrace the servant leader approach in all that I do. My goal is to serve everyone I interact with and support them to the fullest. My approach around team management is very simple. I work for those I lead.Promoting a fun and energetic culture is also very important to me. That is why I try not to take myself too seriously. While performing and delivering on expectations is a given, how you deliver is just as, if not more important. Anyone can manage to a metric or an output. But it takes a special leader to inspire those around them to want to do it themselves, while genuinely having fun doing it. I received an MBA from Ross School of Business, and a B.S in Chemical Engineering from University of Michigan College of Engineering. I am a die hard Michigan Football fan and you can always find me at the Big House on football Saturdays.
