As the Director of Engineering at US Extruders, I lead the engineering function for the design and manufacturing of single screw extruders & auxiliary equipment—responsible leading an amazing team to deliver the best solution possible to our customers. With over a decade of experience in automation and capital equipment design, I’ve built and led high-performing engineering teams, implemented project and quality management systems, and driven strategic initiatives across engineering, operations, and product development. My background also includes several years in aerospace manufacturing, where I managed a team of engineers focused on high-tolerance components, capital investment, and RCCA execution—demonstrating my ability to adapt across industries and scale technical organizations. I’m passionate about engineering leadership that blends clarity, accountability, and smart systems. Whether introducing new tools, solving customer challenges creatively, or mentoring engineers into subject matter experts, I focus on building sustainable structures that enable innovation and long-term growth. I thrive in strong, dynamic leadership teams—where my voice is heard and meaningful change is possible.
