My practice focuses on counseling and defending employers of all sizes on labor and employment and employee benefits (ERISA) issues. My goal is to resolve your issues in the most cost-effective manner while still achieving a desired result. My labor and employment practice includes assisting employers with leaves of absence, terminations, wage claims, state and federal compliance, and discrimination and harassment investigations. I often assist with day-to-day routine compliance and ensuring employers are properly represented against employee claims in litigation. My ERISA practice focuses on resolving complex and commonplace benefits issues to achieve plan compliance. I counsel and guide employers through corrections, audits, investigations, demands from participants and beneficiaries, and benefits lawsuits.
