About David Simenc

Currently working at the Cleveland Clinic in the finance department as a Patient Access Specialist. A highlight working here has been helping in the opening of the Cleveland Clinic London Campus. I thrive at working closely with patients and colleagues as well as developing workflows for more efficient and effective practices. Previously I worked at Officemax/Office Depot as both an operations and customer service manager. There, I helped my teams through the two companies merging and integrating new and old policies. We had a focus on service and building a community with between our team and customers, by finding the solution that fit their specific needs. I have completed my Bachelor of the Arts degree at Kent State University where I had a focus of Music, learning Tuba and teaching different modalities of music. I have continued to serve as a private music instructor providing one on one lessons as well as larger group teaching ranging from elementary through collegiate education.
