We are a dynamic group of highly qualified individuals with years of experience in hotel, tourism and leisure industries, major global hotel brands and consulting. Our approach when working with our clients is to immerse ourselves in the guest’s journey and understand the attractors that will encourage repeat visits. We create experiential hotels to ensure longevity and continued returns on the owners’ investment. While focusing on profit and cashflows, we are not short-term marginal cost cutters. We focus on asset value creation and we have an impressive portfolio to attest to our capabilities. David Simpson has executive management experience with roles for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. spanning head of finance, acquisition, development and governance. Since establishing the Hotel, Tourism & Leisure cluster within a general consulting practice in 2013, David applies his skills consulting on strategy, concept development & feasibility, operator selection, commercial deal negotiation, asset management, acquisition due diligence and disposal. David has a degree in hotel management from Victoria University and a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. He is CPA and a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants.
