WHAT I DO Business analysis: I uniquely combine two academic backgrounds (IT Diploma and Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance), which allows me to understand IT processes and their overall impact on the whole organisation. Project Management: I possess cross-industry experience and exposure to the complete systems development life cycle. I successfully delivered many projects independently or as a part of a team. Service delivery: I am an ITIL professional and I successfully delivered for a wide range of business segments including commercial sales, CEO office, risk and assurance functions and shared services for Qantas. HOW I DO I am a seasoned professional able to work in multi-cultural and matrix organisations with major budget responsibilities. I listen.
