As the Customer Data Program Manager at IDEX, I support enterprise-wide efforts to modernize our data ecosystem, strengthen data governance, and prepare the organization for AI-driven insights. I contribute to building scalable data foundations, aligning cross-functional teams, and enabling 50+ business units to leverage trusted, high-quality data for strategic decision-making. In this role, I helped establish and support the company’s data governance program, including selecting a modern governance platform and participating in the hiring of a dedicated Data Governance Lead. I collaborate closely with the Analytics team on the development of a Fabric-based medallion-architecture lake house, along with Gold-layer structures and semantic models that enhance BI performance and enable future AI and advanced analytics. I also introduced Scrum and agile practices to improve delivery cadence, transparency, and stakeholder alignment, partnering with engineering, technology, and business teams to ensure the platform scales with IDEX’s long-term digital and AI strategy.Previously, as a Product Owner on the Data Platform Modernization Team, I spearheaded WPS's transition from on-premise infrastructure to Azure Databricks, achieving $1.2M in annual savings and a 24% reduction in ad hoc data requests through self-service analytics tools.
