Background

About David Slocombe

I currently serve as Procurement & Inventory Coordinator at Wabi Iron & Steel, supporting heavy industrial manufacturing through strategic sourcing and material flow systems. Before stepping into procurement, I spent years as a business owner and right hand man — operating two retail flower stores and helping launch a landscape company. One challenge consistently stood out: understanding whether marketing dollars were truly generating measurable returns. That experience led me to study digital marketing and build Local BullsEye Marketing, where I help local businesses improve visibility and generate measurable growth through structured systems and clear ROI.Across both manufacturing and marketing, my focus remains the same: build efficient systems, reduce waste, measure performance, and create sustainable growth.I am particularly interested in process improvement, operational clarity, and scalable systems that strengthen long-term performance.
