Over 20 Years experience in the offshore / onshore Oil and Gas Industries related to asset integrity management and technical inspections. Familiar with all aspects of Marine Construction Specialize to build and Installation of pipeline, Jacket, Platform, Module, Deck, Flare, Bridge, FPSO, FPU,TLP, Process piping, Hook up, Vessel, Rotating Equipment, Crane. I am Bachelor's Degree holder in an Engineering Discipline and experience in oil gas projects in the areas of Quality System Implementation, Design verification, Conceptual design, detailed design review, submarine pipelines, risers, on shore pipelines, Welding, NDT, Joint coating, Painting, concrete weight coating, anode installation, cp system. Holiday testing, pressure testing, inspection of the same as per the approved procedures with ANSI B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME SEC II, SEC V, SEC IX, API 1104. Conversant with NACE, ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI, NORSOK, DNV and BS codes. QC surveillance to monitor and record pre-commissioning activities inclusive of management of team of quality control inspectors for construction supervision, Project control measures & verification by QC engineers. Experience in developing /reviewing /checking Project Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP), Welding Procedure Specification/ PQR, Vendor/Subcontractor Selection and Inspection, Material/Equipment Selection, Database/Traceability System and all QA/QC reporting and documentation.
