The complexity of navigating insurance claims means that I must strive to provide top-notch customer service, clear communication, and efficient solutions to support claimants on a daily basis. After a lengthy career in athletic coaching where I developed a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and data management — I've now changed career paths and look to implement those skills in a different setting. Whether analyzing cases or guiding clients through the claims process, I prioritize clarity, fairness, and efficiency. Outside of work, I have an interest in urban development and integrating safe streets to enhance the equitability and liveability of communities to become an environment that individuals can enjoy an enhanced quality of life.
