Relevant Experience • Successfully manage dozens of disparate clients and their priorities simultaneously. • Construct, configure and deploy enterprise equipment, tailored for each client’s industry specifics and security needs. • Designed and implemented a management system for a statewide organization’s inventory, including distribution, tracking, and maintenance of machines. • Inherited a grossly mismanaged system from a previous vendor and moved quickly and effectively to bring all facets into government-mandated compliance. • Migrated a workforce’s internal systems after-hours for minimal disruption, in order to maintain productivity. • Plan, design, and installed video security monitoring systems with 24hr/day, 7day/week uptime and surveillance.
