I've been working in the Tech industry as a member of Agile teams for over 19 years gaining hands on experience with: Mobile|iOS|Salesforce|Web|Telecommunications|Gaming|Ballot Marking Devices (BMD)|ePollbooks|BAM printers|DVD and Blu Ray while testing as a QA Specialist for such companies as: Disney DTCI, DIRECTV, Electronic Arts, Disney Interactive Studios, The Irvine Company, 2K Games, THQ, Deluxe Digital Studios, Testronic Laboratories, Frequency, MGA Entertainment and Farmers Insurance. As part of my role at Disney Direct To Consumer International (DTCI) I performed front end testing of customer and business facing web pages, online tools and resources including Salesforce. I also have Salesforce experience as a System Admin (changing user roles/permissions), Quality Assurance testing on front end changes and updating User Access Matrix as part of Compliance Administration duties for Shared Application Systems (Disney SAS) department. I worked on the Ad Sales support team to assure deals and contracts could be processed in timely matter by business teams and maintained a database of issues, updated test cases and testing documentation as well as creating test scripts and user stories as Jr. Business Analyst. Previous to this I worked at AT & T DIRECTV as a part of their Mobile QA Engineering department and helped identify issues within some of their top mobile applications, including DVR Scheduler, Sports Bar Finder and GenieGO. Previous to that I worked for the video aggregation app Frequency, testing on iOS devices, web and Samsung SmartTV. I've also tested for such companies as Deluxe Digital Studios, Testronic Laboratories and The Testing Group focusing specifically on Linear, Compatibility and regression testing of various forms of digital content.
