About David Stern

My passion is helping teams find the perfect space to grow their business and culture. For the past eight years, I’ve worked with creative companies and startups in Fintech, Medtech, and SaaS— representing them at pivotal stages of growth to secure spaces that align with both their financial goals and cultural identity. My mission is to modernize and disrupt the leasing process — bringing speed, honesty, and creativity to an industry that desperately needs it. As for the future of work — I believe there’s a better way. It’s not fully remote or five days a week in the office. It’s about clarity: understanding the culture you’re building, and creating spaces that are an honest reflection of that. That’s what I lead with in my practice: More truth. More alignment.
