Identifying, nurturing and retaining the customer are what it’s all about. in no field is customer service more important. For me, providing superior customer service is natural. I enjoy meeting people, getting to know them and finding out what matters most to them in conducting business. I want to make a difference for my clients. I approach every client and situation with integrity. I believe that like profit, trust is earned. Commercial real estate is my particular passion; I will dedicate myself to becoming established in the Toronto commercial market, eventually becoming a broker. I am driven to attain these goals and will work tirelessly. My background is quite diverse, but all my work experiences have prepared me for a career in real estate. I currently work as a real estate consultant with a commercial real estate brokerage, and gaining an in-depth understanding of the local market. I’ve also worked in sales and business development, collaborating closely with senior managers and honing my professionalism. As well, I have experience in an advertising agency, learning about creating effective online campaigns and client management. My experience is complemented by a degree in Economics. I follow North American economics as well as local activity. I believe this background gives me unique insights into how the real estate market behaves that I can apply in providing exceptional client service. I am enthusiastic, highly analytical and most importantly, have a solid work ethic.
