About David Stukel

I am a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years worth of logistics and business experience. I have extensive experience in transformational leadership, finance, operations, business development, marketing, start-ups, and the reinvention of “tired” businesses. Additionally, I have a broad and comprehensive knowledge of both international and domestic logistics including air freight, sea freight, trucking, customs, warehousing and sales. At the age of 26, I opened my first business, an international air freight-forwarding business called DSX International, Inc, using an American Express card with a credit line of From there, I created 12 logistics-related companies - most notably, TraffiCop, LLC, a software/e-logistics start-up that went from conception to sale in 18 months, raising over $7 million in venture capital and culminating in a $35 million reverse triangular merger with Descartes Systems Group of Waterloo, Canada. I believe that competition can and should make an existing company better. In an increasingly competitive environment, I have to ability to use my resources, intimate knowledge of the industry, and creative problem solving to usher positive, transformational change into any business. As an “outside of the box” thinker and doer, I have spent my career creating great value from limited resources. I can and will do the same for you.
