In my current role as Director of Operations at an FCA-regulated loan company, I oversee three operational departments. The vision I have created for collections, complaints and customer care has lead to a customer centric culture that thrives of delivering good customer outcomes. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS: Drove the shift to a customer-centric culture at Amigo Loans that improved business performance while also elevating the customer journey. Safeguarded vulnerable customers, going above and beyond FCA mandate for fair treatment. Conceived a new approach at Amigo Loans with carefully targeted support for those at most risk. Positioned Amigo Loans as an employer of choice; crafted a career development pathway that supported professional development and growth. Colleagues, both past and present, have recognised my dexterity in prioritising the customer journey while also delivering on numbers. My talent for optimising business efficiency is a common thread that runs through my career, and I am Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt qualified. I enjoy challenging the stereotypical view of operations-based roles and demonstrating the immense scope to create value. As a leader, I strive to always do the right thing and be the best version of myself. I am passionate about inspiring others and creating a positive, supportive team culture where the contributions of all team members are appreciated, and everyone can fulfil their potential.
