About David Sutter

Forward-thinking, dedicated and eager to learn – for almost 20 years, I am successfully shaping my professional career with these traits. I am offering multiple competencies, ranging from Agile to QA to programming to general management and leadership as well as in-depth knowledge in the field of Information Technology. Currently, I apply my extensive skills as Scrum Master and Agile Coach. My profession requires outstanding analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured work approach that enables me to always act in a goal- and solution-oriented manner, even in conflict situations. In addition to this, I believe in the importance of lifelong learning, which is why I obtained certifications as Product Owner and Scrum Master. Relatedly, I completed courses on leadership, communication and negotiation, and strategic management in recent years. During several projects, I have acquired valuable leadership qualities and expanded those in leading differently sized test and project teams. I attach great value to cooperation and know how to motivate others. Furthermore, my key strengths include a confident demeanor, a high amount of assertiveness, and excellent communication skills in French, German, and English.
