They used to call it a webmaster, then later an Ecommerce Manager, which turned into CRO/AB Testing Manager and eventually Product Leader. For 20 years plus, I've been making the web better with user data and testing - the name changes every few yeas but my passion for it stays the same. Spent the last decade workign with the world's largest travel company where I was privileged to be able to use huge amounts of data to focus on building the best possible products for customers. Now working with India's largest consulting company managing the European CRO Program at one of our biggest clients. In recent years I have- Built and run a global CRO experimentation program from the ground up at Adidas - Designed and built the hybrid payment model at Booking.com Payments team - Rebuilt the customer relocations process in Booking.com CS Team - Build and SEO-optimised new web landing pages for all global taxonomies to scale Booking.com into new verticals (flights, car hire, taxi)- Managed web-vs-mobile parity project to handle Google’s Mobile First Indexing - Delivered trainings on how to experiment on low sample sizes/with little traffic, in New Product Development
