Being an accomplished senior manager/leader and dual qualified solicitor (SRA, FCILEx) is no easy feat, but to also be an innovative leader is truly exceptional. I have proven my ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve business objectives. I have a track record of success in driving growth and development for any business. However, innovation is what sets me apart. As an innovative leader I think outside of the box, take calculated risks, and inspire team members to do the same. I am an Associate Professor and Head of Enterprise in the Faculty of Business and Law, where I have the privilege of teaching and mentoring some of the brightest minds in their pursuit of excellence. I equip them with the skills necessary for them to excel. I am passionate about empowering staff and students to achieve their goals, promoting critical thinking, and fostering an environment of intellectual curiosity by using coaching strategies to achieve this. I possess a unique set of interpersonal and communication skills that empower me to effectively lead and motivate others. Through my ability to communicate with clarity and enthusiasm, I can influence and inspire a team towards achieving the shared vision and objectives of a company. Furthermore, I take pride in fostering an inclusive culture that values and celebrates diversity, promotes collaboration, and nurtures a sense of belonging among all team members. With a proven track record of success and a commitment to excellence, I am confident in my ability to drive innovation, growth, and profitability in any enterprise. I am an accredited executive coach (ILM, A/C) with expertise in neuro-linguistic programming (ABNLP), timeline therapy (TLTA) and mindfulness, I am also a certified system level facilitator of Lego Serious Play, with a high level of expertise in developing and delivering effective workshops using Lego bricks and metaphors. This provided the ability to unlock the creativity and problem-solving skills of my participants, create a more engaging and interactive learning environment, and deliver greater impact and ROI for clients. By using these methods, I specialize in helping individuals enhance their leadership skills, clarify their goals, and overcome any obstacles that may be hindering their success. With a deep understanding of the complex interplay between language, behaviour, and mindset, I provide my staff, students and clients with the tools and strategies they need to achieve their full potential both personally and professionally.
