Data Integration and Management - ANSI x12 EDI data transformation for trucking companies and their trading partners. EDI integrations with TMW Suite, TruckMate, and McLeod. XML, JSON, X12, flat file, and EDIFACT transformations. Custom built stored procedures and triggers for various software/applications. Produced X12 files for brokerage carriers as well as converted X12 to various file formats as requested. Connected with partners via FTP, sFTP, AS2, and API endpoints. Project Management - Overseen and completed hundreds of projects and tasks that were delivered to customers. Most projects being an individual effort but collaborations of 3-4 people were assembled to tackle larger projects. Database Management - Remotely installing SQL Server on client servers. Installation of tables to work with various software. Backup/restore, import/export data, and overall management of client’s databases. Device Installation - Installation of peripheral, biometric devices used with software. Configuring initialization files, PC management, and troubleshooting functionality. System Admin. – Server management via RDP, VMM, Hyper V, and vSphere. User access and policy modification using AD/DC. Troubleshooting memory, CPU, and service alarms. Correcting eroded scripts on Linux servers. Reporting – Tasks handled with queries compiled using SQL Query Analyzer. Identify database processing backlogs, job issues arising during processing, and updating records manually where there was no front-end option. Monitoring – Responsible for identifying and correcting backlogs, disconnects in file transfers and communication points, and functionality of systems relevant to job flow. Monitoring services used: SiteScope, ipMonitor, Nagios, and custom SharePoint reports. Responsible for approximately 50 servers. Education - Bachelor of Science in Information Technology w/ Minor in Information Systems University of Toledo, Toledo, OH (2015) Multiple OO programming classes including Java, C, C++, PHP, XML, and HTML. Database courses: Access, SQL, Oracle, and Integrated system development courses. Experienced with all Windows OS, Windows Servers, SQL, and Office versions. Familiar and comfortable in Linux OS. Military - Honorable Discharge from the Ohio Army National Guard. Served as Team Leader being responsible for 5 other men and their equipment. Served one tour in Iraq as part of OIF 06-08.
