My daily routine includes, but is not limited to- Managing departments- Planning and scheduling in coordination with studio and department heads- Ensuring the quality of the final delivery - on time and on budget- Optimizing the overall workflow and the detailed pipeline- Taking part in creative/production meetings with producers, directors, writers and clients- Evaluating the impact of artistic and technical requirements on the scope of the project- Taking part in the recruitment process. I have prior experience as producer of a live action independent feature film and of multiple shorts films. In the past 20 years working in the film industry, I covered a number of technical and artistic roles in production and post-production, always aiming at developing a solid experience in managing people and technical resources among multiple areas of a company. I also have professional experience as colorist and DI supervisor, with formal training in stereoscopy.
