Currently, I am fortunate to be part of a multinational team of Talent Acquisition Specialists at Checkr & Tessera Data, two esteemed companies based in the United States. Our mission is to provide customers with a comprehensive solution by offering a single point of access to public records and other data, enabling them to power their businesses effectively. In my role, I thrive on identifying top talent with a specific set of skills and ensuring they align with the company's culture. Working closely with various applicant-tracking systems, I am constantly exploring and proposing different recruitment models to optimize our hiring process.
