I entered the painting business because my life fell apart. I was traveling the world speaking and training on leadership, motivation, and having the right mindset. That world changed dramatically and life, as I knew it, collapsed. When that happened, I took a step back and prayed about what God might have for me next. During that time, I caught up with a friend over coffee who was operating a painting business and was looking for someone to help him expand. As Derek shared what he was doing I knew in my heart this was the right fit. Within weeks we locked arms, and the rest is history. The only reason I am here, and I am 100% sure of this-it was guidance from Above. God knew it would be the right environment where I would learn, grow, and have the perfect work life balance. One of our core values is people over profit. If our purpose was profit then we would be like everyone else, but that is not our philosophy. Problems we solve- Many of us have had nightmares with contractors in the past. We are here to elevate the contracting industry by upholding the highest standards of integrity & excellence. From our experience, a DIY-er cannot achieve the quality we bring. We want them to spend time with their family, leaving the beautifying of their home to us. We genuinely want them to create more joy and memories after we complete a project.
