My consulting, coaching and debriefing skills help clients who wants optimize the way they train, compete and perform in different sports. These skills are also transferable into everyday life in order to be more positive and productive. Whether you are a coach, a sport academy director or a private school director, having your athletes obtain good results and perform consistently is essential. That’s where I come in. I can help them develop a professional attitude toward their training and make them understand how their mental state influence their performance.
