About David Turton

Whatever task I am assigned I take ownership of it and take great pride in it’s successful completion. I enjoy teaching and growing others to make them more successful and productive employees. I have had a lot of experience in working in a team environment developing and rolling out various initiatives on a national level. Over the years I have noticed a erosion in employee loyalty, determination and work ethic. My past experience as a business owner has embedded those qualities into me. As an owner, I had no one to answer to but myself, so if we failed at a project or task it was on me. I hate the feeling associated with failure so I take great strides to prevent them from happening to me. Sometimes a few black eyes or bloody noses encountered in the school of hard knocks can be a good thing!
