About David Tyler

I have spent my career working in and with a wide variety of organisations, groups and businesses. From large corporates, to SME and owner managed companies. Although I have held senior leadership and commercial roles, my focus has always been around working with and through people. Every decision a a company makes about its business, affects its people. Every decision about its people, affects its business. They are at the very core, the life blood, upon which a business will succeed or fail, flourish or flounder.Having spent 25 years consulting in HR and people development, I have a unique insight into mental wellbeing in the workplace, and the devastating consequences of failing to provide staff with the support and guidance they need. I now work with individuals and businesses providing psychotherapy and mental health support. We all face the challenge of being human. At times it’s a struggle. Staff who are suffering from depression, anxiety, low self esteem, relationship problems, financial worries, health concerns, stress or who have lost sight of their place in the world, their worth and meaning, simply cannot show up as the best version of themselves. The impact on quality and productivity in a business often goes unseen. Providing mental health support can have a huge impact on motivation and performance.
