This whakatauki (Maori proverb) sums up my world view; in any organisation it is people that make the most difference! I have extensive coaching experience, individual (executive) and team coaching. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation; I'm also accredited with Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL) as an Organisational and Team Coach. And I hold a certificate in Conscious Business Coaching from BetterUp. I am a Leadership New Zealand Fellow, I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, and NZIM Certificate in Mentoring. My background is in Public Sector Management where I led large business units, turning can’t do into can do! I have a track record of success, significantly increasing Team Engagement, building and executing business strategies, leading and managing change and galvanising teams to deliver superior results often within tight time-frames and limited budgets.
