In-house legal executive with extensive international experience in all aspects of business operations involving complex legal issues in formation of terms and policies for technology transactions, governance and compliance matters gained from working in large multinational enterprise companies as well as start-up environments across multiple industries. I am a collaborative leader with a passion for increasing revenue and driving operational excellence. Demonstrated success leading and managing teams of high-performance legal professionals, by articulating a clear vision for team priorities, establishing defined responsibilities, mentoring, and holding myself accountable for team results. Experience developing, implementing, and improving relevant transformative organizational processes, procedures, and training programs. Served as lead prosecuting attorney and head of the department for organized crime at the State Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia & Herzegovina in Sarajevo, SVP and Chief Compliance Officer with ABB in Zurich Switzerland; and in private practice, litigation associate with the firm of Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman), in San Francisco, California. Graduate of Creighton University earning Bachelor of Science Business Administration and Juris Doctor Degrees.
