I am a hospitality industry professional with over 40 years of experience, including 22 years in operations with Hyatt Hotels and over 10 years as a business owner. Throughout my career, I have gained a keen sense of providing excellent customer service and treating everyone with dignity and respect as foundations to my success. Beyond work, I find joy in spending quality time with my grandkids, as well as pursuing hobbies such as golf, tennis, pickleball, and cycling. My deep-rooted passion lies in my faith and my family, and achieving a balance between my personal interests and professional responsibilities. As the Director of Staff Pro Workforce Solutions' Task Force Division, I work for a leading company in hospitality staffing. Staff Pro takes pride in partnering with clients from major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Sonesta, and IHG Hotels & Resorts, as well as various management companies across the US. Our mission is to work seamlessly with hotel teams, providing experienced professionals to support their operations and ensure their success.
