Cloud & Security Automation Engineer with 6 years of experience in Google Workspace support. Specialized in end-user support, administration, and building automations that make organizations more secure and efficient. In my daily role I support clients in their use of Google Workspace and related systems. This ranges from resolving login and device issues to configuring accounts, mailflows, DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), signatures, and security settings. I also implement new tenants and manage migrations. In addition, I provide support for hardware and OS issues (Mac/Windows), peripherals (printers, tablets, USB devices), and applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud. Alongside these operational responsibilities, I have independently developed several tools that structurally improve processes: Audit tool that analyzes and visualizes complete Google Workspace environments. Migration tool that safely and efficiently moves files to Shared Drives. Security tools that detect and remove external shares and Chat members. Automated Marketing Platform for personalized client communication via Google Sheets + Apps Script (14 HTML campaigns). My strength lies in identifying structural bottlenecks and building automations around them that save time, reduce risks, and help organizations mature in their use of Google Workspace.
