About David van Noort

David is a Continuous Improvement Consultant / Trainer and (Personal) Coach. Stimulating change towards an organizations' or a persons' True North, that is his passion. He has an extensive experience in coaching and training departments in all aspects of the Lean philosophy, including (but not limited to) long and short term goal development, process improvement and problem solving. David brings determination, an open attitude with humor, is result oriented and last but not least, has a passion for people. He therefore became a licensed professional coach (personal development). Through the variety of projects David has also developed a great deal of experience in project management and change management. He is an ambitious person and driven to perform, individually as well as in a team. He will coach his team members to achieve a good result through a pragmatic approach. Good communication skills and a flexible attitude support him in his activities.
