Hydrite Chemical company was founded in 1929 and has been serving the F&B Industry by manufacturing and distributing Sanitation, Food Ingredient and Water Care Chemistry ever since. Aside from our high-quality, specialty chemistry designed for just about any Food & Beverage application you can imagine, what separates Hydrite is the service and expertise behind the chemistry. Within Hydrite's battery of over employee's many of them are industry level experts with 30 plus years of experience in open-plant cleaning, CIP, membrane cleaning, wastewater and intervention chemistry. Additionally we have experts in equipment that can help identify and recommend the best, most cost-effective equipment for the particular applications in your plant. So not only is this level of expertise available to our customers, but you can also rest assured that these experts spend a good deal of their time training our Account Managers and Sales Representatives, so that we all maintain a high level understanding of all things chemical.I also want to comment on our Business Model and our Account Managers. unlike other models where Account Managers are compensated on their ability to sell more chemicals, Hydrite's Account Managers are compensated based on their ability to REDUCE cost within your plant. Whether it's reducing chemical use, or water use or simply showing you a faster way to clean your plant, Hydrite's AM's always have your best interest in mind - our AM's do not try to sell chemistry that is not needed. And, Hydrites AM's. they all come with former Food Industry experience, whether that was within Production, Operations or Quality, they all come with a strong Food background and then Hydrite continues to build on that with additional training.Even as a Sales Representative for Hydrite, I personally come with 15 years of Quality Assurance background either as a Manager or Director at a few local Food Manufacturing companies. This background is a benefit in my current role as I can clearly understand the challenges facing those within these roles and it also assists me in developing solutions to these challenges.
