Professional Profile: Established North Star Design-Build LLC after 22 years of broad-based experience in program management, project execution, business planning, sales, business practices, integrating organizational efforts, and client relationship management in Federal construction and engineering. Started as a teenager performing carpentry and general labor. Served four years on active duty as an Army engineer officer. Worked as a civilian project manager with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District. Subsequently, returned to the private sector in a series of strategic program management positions which have touched nearly every aspect of the construction industry including: operations, estimating, human resources, legal, small business contracting, and controlling. Played key roles in winning over two and a half billion dollars worth of contracts from various agencies for international and domestic work. Concurrently completed 20 year career in th US Army Reserve.
