Design and construction legal services provided by the Built Environment Projects team integrate with and complement the work of our specialist real estate, corporate, commercial and restructuring colleagues to provide our business clients with full project lifecycle legal services support. We also offer tailored service provision to contractors, specialist subcontractors, designers and all other direct participants in the construction industry. My core areas of expertise are front end project work, conflict management/ dispute resolution and Public procurement (within the EU) for both private and public sector clients. I work for contractors, subcontractors, client bodies and consultants in drafting and negotiating contract documents in projects across the construction and engineering industries. I have many years experience of complex construction disputes conducted in the TCC, in arbitration and in adjudication. I hold a PG Cert in Public Procurement Law and Policy (Distinction)(University of Nottingham).
